Custom Orders

If I have a specific tray in mind that is not in stock, what should I do?
Please feel free to message us about any inquires, custom orders take 1-3 weeks but we are happy to work together to get the tray of your dreams.

Shipping
​
How long will it take to receive my order after I place it?
Each individual product is uniquely handmade to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing prior to shipping, unless it is a pre-order. We estimate 3-5 business days after shipping but once your order ships it's out of our control. However, if problems occur contact Designers Keepers for a quick solution. A tracking number will be provided directly to you once your order ships.
Keep in mind that all of these estimations do not include weekends! If your product is a gift and you need it immediately you can message us to make it a priority but we can not guarantee a delivery date.

Returns

Do you accept return or exchanges?
​
All sales are final. Everything is made to order, meaning we purchase supplies as orders are placed. Therefore, we can not refund for no reason as this is a very small business. We handle returns and exchanges on a case by case basis via email! Send us an email including what the issue with the order is and we will figure out a solution to the issue together! Designers Keepers Custom orders are final sale.

Tray Information

Does the tray have a glass cover?
Yes, all of our trays have a glass cover but we do not recommend getting it wet or submerging it in water. The glass cover is not water proof and the product can become damaged.

DISCLAIMER:
All trays are repurposed from a secondhand shopping bag, there may be minor wrinkles/imperfections but it adds to the beauty of repurposed goods. We are not affiliated with any brands, we simply just give life to items sitting in the back of peoples closets.

When buying an item from Designers Keepers, you agree that:

1) You are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it.
2) You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
3) The prices we charge for using our products are listed on the website. We have the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may occur.

4)When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
